Central Park

On a 50-acre site in Noida, GA master-planned a residential community around a single organizing idea: a great green void. Twenty-two thirty-storey towers hold the perimeter while a continuous garden – the project's namesake – runs through the centre, with villas fronting the park edge.

A free-formed clubhouse anchors the composition as its civic moment. Density pays for openness; the section does the social work.
