Forbes Tower

The Forbes Headquarters in Wagholi, Pune is a three-million-square-foot, 100-metre commercial tower set inside a GA master-planned township – and a study in what a constrained site can give back.

With only thirty metres of width available, the floor plates were shaped to draw natural light from east and west while cutting glare: horizontal fins at floor and ceiling shade the sun, light shelves carry daylight deep into the office floors, and the structure transfers to Y-shaped columns at the podium to keep the public level visually calm.
