At Murukkumpuzha in Kerala, GA master-planned a complete learning city for Tata Consultancy Services: training centre, central library, administration, residences, dining, commercial centre, health centre and sport, organized through the site's tropical landscape.

The plan follows LEED India methodologies – energy efficiency, sustainable site development and water conservation are planning moves here, not afterthoughts.
